Yo homies ! We are up to the top 8 in 8tv Showdown 2010, last night show was straight out of the 70's even though Hafiz looked like he came out of the 60's. They even brought out the big guns with little cutie pie arabyrd hipping it out with our own Tom Jones , Mr Tim Warren much love and respect there. Must give big shout out to the Altimet for being guest judge. Last night the judges chewed the crews out especially joe, he sounded like simon cowell, he had to play bad cop. Maple was the good cop as usual and looked mighty fine in that outfit last night, finger licking good, you know what mean ;P. The remixes of the songs were dope as hell . Good job to my x schoolmate who had the duties of remixing those songs. Repesenting satay style sound ! Yo!
From Floor Fever, HMC and Wakaka the last few episodes the were killing it with the set routine. Going back in time Funky Fresh Family got their groove on Baby! Showed they could boogie all night long. Have to give GBC and Famous some love, they showed improvements in their routine. As 70's are all about peace, love and the boogie so no playa hating going on! Soul krazy the girls looked hot! Sadly I feel they are ending their run soon on Showdown ! As for Funky UX force the boys from Penang they kicked it a notch but the groove was not there that night. Our soul breakers from Borneo put some russian moves on the Boney M song but the looked out place in those costumes last night. The young ones from JB the return crew tried to rock it with walk this way from Aerosmith but still seem fresh of the boat need more practice I would say .
I could not believe it that Floor Fever was in the bottom 4. Low votes my ass or just tv drama? Nevertheless Floor Fever has the skills to pay the bills when they wanna battle. Bboy Li Lo, Bboy Flip and Bboy Zen are captained by the King of Malaysian New Jack swing Boojae. So there flavor and power moves are on standby!Don't under estimate the Fever dolls they can battle against the very best as Joe said last night their battlerock and toprock moves are the best ! Return crew, they have luck on their side the name it self return crew, keep them returning back! Soul Krazy losing steam, their battles with return crew looked fizzled and return crew maybe to shy to battle against girls. Return crew was not on full battle mode but battle went to them as Joe stated they have improved in their power moves. As Funky UX Force they got schooled by Floor Fever that night. So another crew says adios this time it was Funky UX force!
